I am CEO of brand and communications agency, Agent. Since launching the business 15 years ago at the age of 24, I’ve built it from the ground up to a team of 35 (and counting). I’ve always been committed to doing as much possible outside of work, and to using the business to do good.
I’ve been involved in many initiatives including The Princes Trust, as a Board member of Business in the Community and as Chair of the School for Social Entrepreneurs. I also helped found the Big Trust, as well as launching social enterprise Agent Academy in 2014.
As a business leader you have a responsibility to use your platform to drive change. I’ve always taken that responsibility really seriously, advocating for the creative and digital industry in my role as deputy chair of the Liverpool Local Enterprise Partnership, and with the North West Business Leadership Team, putting our industry on the agenda. I’m passionate about creating opportunities and finding ways to level up our region, through initiatives like the NP11, which is refreshing the digital plan for the North.
I demonstrate the importance of doing more. Not just to do well yourself, but bringing everyone with you.
