In the last year, he has transacted over 100,000 sq ft in Manchester city centre, advising clients such as Deloitte, Verastar, Barings, and PGIM on their flex portfolio.
His work to relocate Deloitte to flex space in WeWork’s facility in the Hanover Building is the largest flexible office transaction to complete in Manchester to date and marked a significant shift in how flexible workspaces are viewed by the corporate world.
