Molly has over 5 years marketing experience across agencies, in-house and the video games industry; most notably at Digital 22 (now Avidly UK) which is the biggest Elite HubSpot agency in the UK. She planned and delivered campaigns for Digital 22's own marketing strategy, even snagging a few awards along the way.

Passionate about underrepresented communities and championing, she now works at Into Games as Head of Brand and Marketing to supercharge their mission of making the industry more accessible and inclusive. Managing a small team of content creators, they support in delivering great social media content, exciting online events and showcasing the organisation’s social impact.
